Cancel 60+ days before arrival → Full refund (no fees).
Cancel within 60 days of arrival → No refund.
Cancellations must be made in writing and received by Beach Retreats on or before the 60-day deadline.
$500.00 deposit due at booking.
For reservations 21+ nights or $20,000+ → 10% deposit due at time of booking.
Final payment due 60 days before arrival; once paid, it’s non-refundable.
Extended stays (over 2 weeks) or bookings over $20,000 → Full payment due 90 days before arrival; once paid, it’s non-refundable.
Third party travel insurance cost is due at time of purchase
Third-party travel insurance purchased through Beach Retreats is non-refundable.
If the Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, it must be done outside of the 60-day cancellation period, or normal cancellation rules apply. No changes are permitted during the stay.
Rentals typically run Saturday to Saturday, If you are looking for a stay that is not a 7-night rental or would like to begin your vacation on a day other than Saturday please send us an email to [email protected] as we can sometimes accommodate alternate reservations.
