This second floor newly renovated 3-bedroom 2-bathroom condominium is your perfect vacation destination complete with a shared heated pool, private elevator, gas grill and only a two minute walk from the white sandy beaches. Island Nautilus features a living room with 60” smart, flat screen TV, dining room, chef's kitchen with stainless appliances & granite countertops with breakfast bar. But, it doesn’t stop there you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening dinner on the back private balcony that’s fully furnished with a dining and sitting area. The master bedroom features a king size bed, smart, flat screen TV, an en-suite spa bathroom and private balcony with seating for two. All beach gear and towels included. The location on Anna Maria Island could not be more convenient. You can ride the free island trolley around the entire island. Island Nautilus is located 1 mile south and 1 mile north of the mainland bridges. We are also less than a mile to Publix grocery store, Walgreens and the Island Shopping center.
