  • 1. What Are Your Check-in/ Check-Out Times?

    Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 10am. We do not allow early check-in or late check-out

  • 2. Are Your Properties Pet-Friendly?

    Most of our properties allow pets. To see if the property allows pets please refer to the property description. You will also see a paw print on the top right-hand side of the property's home page. There is an additional pet fee. This fee is per pet.

  • 3. What Is Your Cancellation Policy?

    You may cancel your reservation up to 60 days before check-in for a full refund minus a $495 processing fee and less any other applicable 3rd Party Fees. The refund will be made to the original payment method. After that time, or for reservations made on or less than 60 days in advance of check-in, your reservation is non-refundable. Written notice is required to cancel a reservation; an email from the address associated with the reservation is acceptable as written notice. For canceled reservations with a check-in date equal to or less than 60 days away: We will open the property back up to the rental market and if the property re-rents we will refund the guests the rental rate minus the $495 processing fee and any price differential If Guest needs to shorten their stay or change to a different property, the normal cancellation policy applies. No changes are permitted during the stay. For reservations of 21+ nights or over $20,0000 cancellations must be done more than 90 days from arrival for a full refund minus $495 processing fee.

  • 4. Do You Allow Mid-Week Stays?

    Most of our rentals run from Saturday to Saturday but we are becoming more flexible with check-in/check-out days. If you are looking for a different start date please inquire prior to booking to see if we can accommodate. Direct booking for alternate dates will not be accepted.

  • Do I need travel insurance?

    We recommend you purchase a comprehensive trip cancellation insurance to cover any unexpected occurrences that could result in your need to cancel or modify a reservation within the 14 day period before your arrival or during your stay. This must be purchased when booking the property.

  • Do You Provide Linens?

    We provide all linens including bath and beach towels to all of our properties and make all beds prior to your arrival. We also supply a bathroom "starter kit" with toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, and hand soap to get you started on your vacation.

  • Where Can I Get The WI-FI Info For The House I Am Staying At?

    Wi-Fi information is provided upon check-in located on the Guest View Guide or in a white information binder at the property and it is also provided in your check in information.

  • How Do We Access The Property?

    We offer our guests contact-free check ins. You do not need to come to the office to pick anything up. Many of our homes have keyless entry. If the property is not keyless a lockbox will be onsite and we will provide you with any code that is needed at least one week prior to your arrival.

  • What If I Have A Major Issue During My Stay

    We have 24/7 support available if an emergent issue arises at your property. Please contact us at the number provided in the information binder to speak to the on-call Manager. For all non- emergent issues, please call the office during regular business hours between 9-6pm Monday through Saturday.
