This house has 4 king bedrooms and a bonus room with 2 twin bunk beds. We know that not all family members enjoy sleeping in the same bed. The bonus room is great for kids who do not like to share and allows families more privacy 307 65th Street has a large driveway that can accommodate 3 large cars or 4 smaller cars. There is also room in the garage for 2 more cars.
How many cars can park at the property How far away from the beach entrance is the house
It is a straight shot to the beach right down 65th street, only 3-4 minutes before your feet are in the soft white sand. Load up the supplied beach cart, chairs, and beach towels, and soak in the sun. Is the pool heated? Do I have to pay extra?
All Beach Retreat pools are heated from October 1st until May 1st, to 84 degrees, with the spa set to heat to 102 when turned on by the guest. If you would like to have the pool heated during summer months there is an additional cost.
